Customer Requirements

Customers express their interest or need to develop an exclusive and distinctive product.
They complete an information brief form clearly outlining their product requirements.

Consultation & Quotation by Tâm Minh Foods

Tam Minh Foods reviews the provided information and advises the most suitable solution for the customer, while offering a quotation based on the required production quantity.

Memorandum of Understanding & Sample Development

Upon agreement with Tâm Minh Foods’ quotation, both parties proceed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
Tâm Minh Foods then develops product samples for customer evaluation.

Sample Handover

Tam Minh Foods delivers the product samples to the customer.
The customer reviews and requests adjustments (if necessary) before proceeding to sign the official contract.

Contract Signing & Production

Both parties proceed to sign the official OEM/ODM manufacturing contract.
Tam Minh Foods provides the finalized product sample to support the customer in completing product declaration procedures.
Production will commence immediately upon receipt of the customer’s deposit.
Throughout the production process until delivery, Tâm Minh Foods will continuously update the order status to ensure timely and transparent communication.

Payment & Delivery

Once the finished products are ready, Tâm Minh Foods will notify the customer to proceed with the remaining balance payment under the manufacturing contract.
Upon receipt of full payment, Tâm Minh Foods will arrange delivery to the customer’s designated location.
The customer inspects the quantity and quality of the products and provides confirmation upon acceptance.
